When the National Building Museum presented an award to "Visionaries in Sustainability," we created arrangements made of apples, pears and orchids. At the end of the night we returned to breakdown the arrangements and repacked 900 pieces of fruit which were donated to the DC Central Kitchen and delivered over 500 stems of orchids to For Love of Children the following morning to be used in their graduation ceremonies.
We a donate our time and materials to conduct therapeutic flower parties like we did below for the clients of a women's shelter. We do the same for the staff of nonprofits we visit to provide a creative outlet and much deserved break.
We also provide centerpieces for fundraisers at reduced cost and raise money for nonprofits through benefit flower parties. Read more and see photos of our work to Brighten Lives here.
